Cylindrical model of electrochromic colouration of hydrated vanadium pentoxide thin films with point contacts

چکیده

This article analyses experiments on the kinetics of internal electrochromism thin (micron) films hydrated vanadium pentoxide xerogel with point contacts. It describes a cylindrical model electrochromic colouration, which was used to evaluate concentration colour centres in initial film and after additional hydrogenation this by plasmaimmersion ion implantation.When we compared calculated values equilibrium protons xerogel, saw that mobility migrating from depth cathode region, are involved electrochemical reaction, not determinant kinetics.The rate colouration could be increased formation layered structures based pentoxide, have overall electron conductivity and, as consequence, low faradaic resistance cathodic reaction.
